Most youth ministries across the United States continue to be led by volunteer staff. Without the service and sacrifice of volunteer youth leaders, the effectiveness of youth ministry in America would be significantly reduced. The challenge for our volunteers is to balance their personal walk with the Lord, their family, their job, and their ministry. The unending list of "TO DOs" can become overwhelming.

• We also provide information on multitudes of resources available to help the volunteer youth worker.
